2. Authorization Requirement

Penetration testing, security audits, and vulnerability assessments are provided only for systems, domains, networks, or applications you legally own or have written permission to authorize testing on.

By requesting these services, you confirm you have full legal authority.

Any request involving unauthorized systems will be refused immediately.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure fast and successful service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details
  • Share required access credentials securely
  • Maintain backups when possible
  • Respond promptly to requests
  • Ensure legal ownership or authorization of assets submitted for work

Delays caused by missing access, incomplete information, or lack of communication are not my responsibility.

4. Confidentiality & Data Security

All client information is handled with strict confidentiality.

This includes:

  • Security reports
  • Business data
  • Vulnerability findings

Your information will never be sold, shared, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties unless required by law.

Clients are strongly advised to reset passwords after project completion.

5. Malware Removal & Security Scope

  • Basic vulnerability hardening
  • Security recommendations

Unless separately agreed, services do not include full website redesign, SEO recovery, hosting migration, or long-term maintenance.

6. No Guarantee of Future Attacks

Cybersecurity reduces risk but cannot guarantee permanent immunity from future attacks.

I am not liable for reinfection or future compromise caused by:

  • Outdated plugins/themes
  • Weak passwords
  • Shared hosting vulnerabilities
  • New zero-day exploits
  • Third-party software issues
  • Neglected updates after cleanup

Ongoing monitoring or maintenance requires a separate agreement.

7. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Pricing is agreed before work begins
  • Emergency or urgent jobs may require upfront payment
  • Completed digital security services are generally non-refundable
  • Refund requests are reviewed fairly based on scope and progress

If work has already been completed or critical issues resolved, refunds may not apply.

8. Service Completion

A project is considered completed when one or more of the following occurs:

  • Malware is removed
  • Agreed vulnerabilities are reported/fixed
  • Final report delivered
  • Client confirms successful completion

Any new issue after completion may be treated as a separate service request.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be responsible for:

  • Indirect financial loss
  • Business interruption
  • SEO ranking loss
  • Data loss existing before project start
  • Third-party hosting failures
  • Missed revenue opportunities
  • Damages beyond the total amount paid for the service

10. Refusal of Service

I reserve the right to refuse any request involving:

  • Illegal hacking
  • Fraud
  • Unauthorized access
  • Phishing
  • Spam campaigns
  • Malware deployment
  • Privacy violations
  • Any unethical cyber activity

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, reports, documents, and materials on this website remain protected intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
